If you want to understand today, you have to search yesterday

When I see an abandoned place. I always think how it was when it was functional, or how it really looked, or perhaps who went there. Sometimes I believe that old people are just like this places, with a history and  some rust on the outside. Maybe a bit forgotten but not less important, with a mark they leave on.

We cannot abandon these institutions, and we cannot abandon the city

You know the actual abandonment is a hard thing to do. Cause when you leave somewhere or something it doesn't disappears it keeps on being there, and you dont forget it you come to think about every other thing you have other than that.
As I love space technology and how things are forgotten but not lost. This I will show:

Melancholy were the sounds on a winter's night.

Abandonment creates certain melancholy that can easily become a beautiful moment in your life. As childhood fades people look back at something than was great. So when I found the pictures of this abandoned amusement park in Japan. I knew it wasn't all sadness and that there was some beautiful melancholy that made you remember how your childhood passed by.
